Tariquzzaman Khan FCA, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994. He completed his Chartered Accountancy articleship at Rahman Rahman Huq, a member firm of KPMG.

He has held senior-level management positions in various reputed organizations both in Bangladesh and abroad. He worked as Chief Financial Officer in multiple insurance companies and healthcare institutions, and also served as an Accountant in Daewoo Corporation in Libya and Comda Calendars in Canada. He acted as a financial consultant in projects funded by supranational organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where he developed accounting systems and managed fund utilization and compliance.

He also held leadership roles as Group CFO in organizations such as International Medicare Ltd. and Ethics Advance Technology Ltd., and was involved in power, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial sectors. His experience includes managing audits, financial restructuring, tax consultancy, merger and acquisition assessments, and performance evaluations. He has worked extensively with donor-funded projects and in capacity building initiatives for government ministries and public sector projects.

He participated in numerous workshops and seminars on accounting, finance, taxation, and procurement. His areas of specialization include Accounting and Financial Management, Internal Audit, Procurement under donor guidelines, Strategic Planning, and Development of MIS and Budgetary Control Systems.

He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh and a Certified Payroll Manager from the Canadian Payroll Association. In addition, he serves as an Independent Director at Saiham Textile Mills Ltd., and contributes as an adjunct faculty and resource person at both ICAB and ICSB.
